I agree with Andrea, the prices at Cedar Creek are ridiculous, but I have found that to be true of most theaters. What really sets the Cosmo apart is not only the FAIR/REASONABLE prices, but also their high tech equipment. I don't think that even Cedar Creek has this caliber film and sound. Why pay more somewhere else when you can get the best state of the art for less? That is what sets the Cosmo apart from other theaters!!

I LOVE this theater! The movies they play are great. It is so much better than the ridiculous prices at Cedar Creek. The Cosmo in Merrill will always be the only theater my husband and I go to.

The prices are right for tickets and concessions...The theater is updated and clean...the seats are comfortable...the restrooms are clean....even showings are monitored and noise, talking and cellphones are definitely NOT ALLOWED. The PERFECT place to enjoy a good movie in full updated digital HD video and sound. One of Wisconsin's BEST KEPT SECRET PLACES to experience and enjoy!

I confess to being a movie fanatic, my wife and I see a movie a week. We prefer to go to the Cosmo whenever something new is playing. Its a great theater, good prices, friendly people, and the new digital equipment is top notch.

We live in Wausau and saw your sheet in the Herald. It caused us to change plans to see a movie at cedar creek and we came to the Cosmo instead. We never knew that such a world class theater was waiting for us in Merrill! We will be back.
